WE LEARN ABOUT YOUR ORGANIZATION. Terminology, industry demands, company culture. You tell us your stories. We work with you to make sure the learners will recognize and identify with the situations we choose. (We love it when participants say, “This really looks like us.”)
DESIGN. No cookie-cutter solutions. We figure out the most effective way for your people to practice: in groups or individually, in person, over the phone, or via web conference.
REHEARSE. We choose skilled interactors who reflect your people in age, gender, and ethnicity. We give them the background they need to get it right.
ON THE DAY.We deliver a practice session that helps learners succeed.
AFTER THE PROGRAM. We can follow up with Level 1, 2 or 3 evaluations, to make sure the learning stays long after the session ends.
